David Long is Professor of International Affairs in the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. He has published widely on the history of international relations theory as well as on the European Union and transatlantic relations. His current research interests include the EU’s foreign and security policy and also the development of the EU’s policy on outer space.
