Dialogue on Democracy – Four Policy Memos
EUCAnet’s projects often involve the component of policy recommendations. Senior and junior scholars collaborate on addressing urgent current issues from a transatlantic perspective. For the project Canada Europe Dialogue on Democracy (CEDoD), European Studies students at the University of Victoria were invited to brainstorm on policy recommendations in light of the COVID crisis. Four policy memos were written in consultation with Dr. Pablo Ouziel, (CEDoD Co-manager), Dr. Keith Cherry (Fellow at the Centre for Global Studies) and Dr. Oliver Schmidtke (Director of the Centre for Global Studies).
