Armand de Mestral is Emeritus Professor and Jean Monnet Professor of Law at McGill University in Montreal. His current research interest focuses on the law of international economic integration. He has served on WTO and NAFTA dispute settlement and arbitration tribunals and was made member of the Order of Canada in December 2007.
